Cuplock Scaffolding System: common questions
How much load can cuplock scaffolding take?
Capacity depends on how the scaffold is built: the distance between ledgers (lift height), the bay size and the bracing. Share your slab thickness and floor height or your drawing, and we'll suggest a layout. Heavy or tall staging should always be checked by a qualified engineer.
Will your cuplock work with material we already have?
Our system uses the standard 48.3 mm tube and 500 mm cup spacing, which matches most cuplock systems in use in India. Send us a photo of your cups and blades and we'll confirm.
Can I rent part of the material and buy the rest?
Yes. Many contractors buy the verticals and ledgers they use every month and rent extra for peak work. We'll quote both options.
Do you supply staircases and toe boards for access scaffolding?
Yes. Staircase units, toe boards and walkway planks are all available, so the whole access scaffold comes from one supplier.
